For use with grips that are between 0.156" and 0.190" thick. These extra slim bushings use the same O-ring for both the bushing and the grip screw. Eight O-rings are included in the package.

These bushings are easy to install and remove. Loctite is not necessary for installation if they are torqued to the proper spec (27 in-lbs max for steel frames & 18 in-lbs max for aluminum).

    Extra slim bushings

I ordered the extra slim and the slim bushings and both worked perfectly and solved my issues with thin grips fitting properly. The 7/32 drive is an amazing idea and the fit tight and lined up great. I also picked up some SOS screws in black and stainless and then just set the grips off. I think I will continue to order bushings and screws for all my guns.

    Nothing but the very best!

The extra slim bushings work perfect on my slim VZ grips. At .190 thickness, go extra slim....I'm glad I did. Perfect fit and quality second to none.

I’m very impressed with the high quality and innovative design of these hex drive bushing. I used the extra slim bushings to install a set of very slim grips (less than .174 inch) on a Sig Sauer Traditional 1911 Ultra and they fit and worked perfectly.

Excellent design, no competition out there. I ordered the slim bushings but they were not slim enough for my VZ thin grips. I had to order the extra slim instead.

I am very pleased with your products. I have installed sets on 4 pistols. The bushing extractor, and hex wrench work great. I use very thin grips and did have to use the extra slim bushings. The O-rings also work great. Keep up the good work. Thanks
