Unless you have a vice, a level, and a drill press, then you need this. I lined up the holes, clamped it on and had new grips on in less than 10 minutes. If your a gunsmith, this will help you with the alignment. If your doing your own repair, this is a must have. You may only get one chance to do it right, and it's worth doing it right every time.

Essential to a good repair and it makes the work trivial. Use it and go slow clearing chips frequently and it will save the frame.

This in conjunction with the repair bushings and the repair tap made a difficult situation very easy, with the expected results.
