Worked perfectly! Had to re-thread my Kimber and used your oversized bushings with your hex driver. Put some locktite on the threads and they went right in without a hitch. Have shot over 200 rds and the bushing is still tight.

You can either weld up the hole and start over or use these to fix the mess quickly. Using Challis's oversize tap requires no additional drilling. These bushings are made correctly with clean, deep threads threads that run higher up the body than any other bushings I've seen. When you're working on a thin alloy frame, every thread counts! Use the best and skip the drama.

These oversized hex bushings slotted nicely in the larger hole made by the repair tap and guide. Visually, you’ll never know they are oversized.
