Unlike the bushing 9O” rings, the Challis grip “O” rings proved a nice addition to my 1911. They were easy to install and preclude an over torquing of the grips. The bottom line . . . The grip “O” rings represent low cost insurance for avoiding grip screw loosening. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time at the hardware store. These o rings were made for 1911 grips. They fit great and are holding securely. No more locktite.
