1911's are not cheap. Why use cheap bushings? These bushings are worth every penny. They are simply the best.

This is the neatest, trickest, and simplest to use grip screw bushing ever devised. You will love them too.

<p>I got my first 1911 recently. I ordered some custom grips from Sarge Grips and I bought the hex drive bushings to use with them. Great bushings, easy to install, fit like a glove. Highly recommended. As noted by one member on the 1911 forum these should be standard equipment on all 1911 guns. Buy them and you won't use anything else.</p>

Excellent product; a better mousetrap. Wish they came together with the bushing O-rings, but still one of the few true improvements over JMB’s original design.

I tried to install the new full size grip studs to replace the slim grip Challis studs but the thread on the new studs seemed to be tighter and were harder to install. I decided to reinstall the old slim grip studs as they were easier to install.
