So, I just about stripped out one of the bushings on my 1911. I had just purchased it and was changing out the grips. I had seen reviews about Challis Stainless Steel Hex Drive Bushings. I watched a video on youtube about them as well. So, I decided to try it. I was amazed at the ease of removing them (I purchased a Challis Bushing Extractor on Amazon)with the extractor. I used the 7/34" driver to seat the bushings. Sure made it easier than using a screw driver. The O rings that I purchased for both the Bushings and screws fit perfectly, and hold the grips firmly in place.
