I have had issues with low quality grip screws that broke easy and screws walking out during recoil. I ordered o rings and screws and it solved the problem. The screws look great and are made well. The o rings are durable for multi use and keep my screws tight but not so tight it causes bushings to unscrew. Shipping and customer service is also wonderful. Thank you.
Received my o-rings in a timely manner. Challis o-rings are dimensionally perfect for my situation. All other o- rings were too thick. I'll definitely buy more!
These O-rings are a must for grip panels that have a tendency to shoot loose. -The #60 size O-rings from the hardware store are too large, they force the grip fasteners to sit proud of the top of the grip surface. The Challis O-rings solve that problem. -The Challis O-rings are flexible and easily slide on & off the screw threads without a fuss. Within the blink of any eye, I used up a 24 pack. But, since I dig them so much, I have another 24 pack in transit.
They do exactly what you want them to. The O-rings kept the screws from backing out of my Colt CCU. Good work.

These really should be a standard part for 1911s. Solid connection for grip screws to grips without the concern of over-torquing the screw to bushing (especially in alloy frames). Snug fit for G10 grips to my Sig 238 and Wilson Combat grips to my lightweight Springfield A1.
