I read the reviews on this bushing extractor and decided to give it a try. I just purchased a new 1911 pistol and wanted to change out the grips. I also purchased 4 of the Challis Grips stainless bushings and rubber O rings. As advertised the bushing extractor made removal of the original bushings very easy. I'm very satisfied with this tool. I've previously changed out the full size bushings on another pistol and had issues trying to get those bushings out. I really could have used this tool back then.
