These are indeed thinner than standard o-rings and fit perfectly for the wood and G-10 grips I installed.

Love these Challis Products! All three of my Ed Brown pistols have these bushings: solid and easy to install. The bushings are inexpensive and great to keep the grip cushioned, if your panels need them.



Happy I bought them—should be standard parts for every 1911.

These are worth it. They make changing grips so much easier. I used to have issues with the bushings coming out with the grip screw. This helps stop that.

I had ordered some of these with the grip screw O-rings not knowing which would work best, both worked best! I was using hard grips and unlike softer wood grips I could not get them to stay tight against the frame. These worked great and I also have spares left over!

Thin profile soft rubber rings allow screw heads to fit flush with grip rather than protrude slightly as usually occurs with rings used previously from other vendors.
